The first version of 'faces in the sun' has been written by Sabrina Schray, the singer of Perigon, back in 2013, when she was dealing with aggressive boredom on an isolated but sunny island and the separation from her girlfriend.
Following the invitation to contribute to an LP-Compilation that celebrates the 50th anniversary of the association Release Stuttgart e.V. in 2022, Sabrina dug up this song from the past. Together with Débora and Fabian they created a version of 'faces in the sun' that adds an ease and hopefulness to experiences that come from dark places.
